Old Chinese Movie Dub? 10 PTS?

There was this chinese movie from the 70s, some company put it to English like those ones where their lips are off. Ifs a comedy and the beginning I remember the baby's parents get killed and the baby rolls down a hill, some lady picks him up and says how cute he is and just puts him down to roll down the hill again, anyone know. I though it way like 'Kung Pow' or something like that, if anyone knows, 10 PTS, thanks!
