Is Reggie Bush one of the bigger draft busts of all time?

When he came out of USC, he was supposedly that once in a lifetime player that could do it all. Run back punts, be a receiver, run the football, but he really hasn't panned out, IMO. He has his moments but for what he has turned out to be I think he is a bust. He isn't the player everyone thought he would be. Good player but not great.
