How do you make a boil pop faster?

I do believe getting boils is hereditary, some get them on there backs, legs, and ocks. My questions is.............. how do you get rid of them without going through so much discomfort. They hang around for like a week and the last couple of days or the most uncomfortable days of our lives. Please if it does work for you I am willing to help my girls out with so much pain.
