Would spending a year learning Russian be a waste if I could be spending that time learning Arabic or French?

well arabic is really easy to learn not so much russian because it is one of the most hardest languages to learn. It only took me 1 year and 4 months of cles to learn arabic. My advice is don't take russian or french take arabic.
