Contact Bitdefender's customer service and ask them how to set up your Bitdefender 2011 software. Just click on the "support" tab at the bottom of the start screen and you'll get right to their customer service. Follow th prompts to get to the area for your problem. You may just have the wrong setting for your profile. I've had Bitdefender 2010 for two years an never had any problems. Good luck!
