Why are my itchy?!!?

My s have been SUPER itchy..this afternoon I showered and the water hurt my and I have no idea why! I know I can't be pregnant although I was looking for that BFP this month AF showed up 3 days ago and I'm just about done. But I don't know whats going on is it possible I could be preggo??
