What is the most efficient & effective way to "go viral" on the Internet?

I have no webcam, & am an older, inexperienced user. So you need to keep it simple, so easy a caveman could do it. I want to get the word out about my outrageous "Customer Care" experience with T-Mobile, so others can factor that into their decision on which company to select for their cell-phone service. You will not be aiding & abetting slander or libel, because truth (which is all I will be telling) is an absolute defense to both charges. Is there somewhere I can go on the net so people researching cell phone companies will come across this info?
