MacBook Pro isn't charging?

This has only been going on for a day or so, but when I plug my macbook pro into a charger, it doesn't charge! The light on the charger illuminates, but my battery stays at exactly 63% and doesn't say it's charging. On top of that, plugging it in/unplugging it doesn't brighten/dim the screen. Please help?
