Has anyone dealt with 123Loan,LLC?

My Mom had a credit line with them and when I bought my Moms house they did not release the credit line. That caused a lien on my property which i did not know until i tried to sell it. Due to that lien i could not sell my house and it went into foreclosure. The lawyers said they could not find 123Loan,LLC. Which is funny because they were up and running just fine until December 2007. I had a contract on my house in September 2007. Has anyone had this happen to them or any problems with this company? Does anyone know who ran the company or any info on this company. I have been trying to find as much as possible. Thank you.
