Girlfriend problems, need advice.?

so me and my girlfriend seem to be fighting alot. when we do fight its more on the phone because we haven't been able to be together alot lately. my problem is, she always seems to hang up on me. and i take it as she doesn't love or care about our issues if she can just hang up. i dont know if that's right of me to feel that way. i mean we have been together for almost 2 years now. its the same for when iwant to talk about something when were fighting she will say shes not in the mood or why do i have to bring up things at the worse times. i guess i feel she doesn't care or love me, is it wrong of me to feel like that?
