Do you think that the U.S. would use Nuclear weapons in this Situation? Yes or No? Why or Why Not?

If the attack was from a recognized country possibly. I believe there are systems in place to take out incoming missiles before they are able to strike. But if not there probably would be at least a significant retaliatory strike with none nuclear missiles first likely from war ships or submarines.
